Your data will be processed by the Barcelona Medical Association (hereinafter, CoMB) for the purpose of managing your application for membership as a member company or investor in the CoMB MedAngels Network, as well as all inherent procedures that may arise from this status, and to inform you of any matters that may be of interest to you in relation to the MedAngels Network.

The personal data provided will not be disclosed to third parties unless you give your express authorization at the time of formalizing an investment (in the event that joint co-investment agreements are established with other Business Angel networks) or when disclosure is required by law.

The legal terms for processing your personal data for the stated purposes are your explicit consent.

Your personal data will be retained for as long as you maintain your status as a member of the CoMB MedAngels Network in order to fulfil the indicated purposes and, in any case, for the legally required period for potential liabilities arising from the processing carried out.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection to the processing of your data before the Data Controller: Barcelona Medical Association, CIF Q 0866001A, by postal mail (Passeig Bonanova 47, 08017 Barcelona), by email at dadespersonals@comb.cat, or through the MetgesBarcelona App. The CoMB has a Data Protection Officer (dpo@comb.cat) who will address any claims, questions, or inquiries raised by data subjects. You may also file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.
